In the near future, humans have successfully started living on Mars, and everything seems to be going well. However, an unexpected catastrophe looms: another galaxy is on a collision course with the Milky Way. To ensure humanity's survival, there are two potential solutions:

  1. Escape the Milky Way as soon as possible.
  2. Develop the ability to time travel.

Since neither option is guaranteed to succeed, humanity decides to pursue both strategies simultaneously. However, time travel comes with significant challenges. For one, altering the timeline is a serious risk. Additionally, there’s no way to predict where or when a traveller might end up. You could find yourself in an era with no other humans or, worse, face immediate death due to factors beyond your control—such as extinction events.

As a Traveller, your mission is clear: advance technology as quickly as possible and establish safe havens for future humans. Unfortunately, you have been transported to the end of the Cretaceous period, but something is not right. Humans have already been here, disrupting history. Some dinosaurs that should have gone extinct are still alive, while others are long gone.
